The last day for a full refund with a receipt is May 13th for the Maymester 2008 Semester and June 13th for the June Summer session.  All purchases after these dates are final.

** A copy of your schedule is required to verify registration in a return eligible course.  Please print a copy of your schedule before you drop a class!

Textbooks Department...

Our textbooks department stocks the required texts for Georgia State University courses.  We stock both new and used textbooks when available.  Since there are three stores serving Georgia State University, we encourage you to shop around for the best price knowing that you will discover that Park Place Bookstore offers the best selection of used books, which will save you 25% off of the new price.

How do I find my books?

Our text shelves are arranged alphabetically beginning with AAS in the front corner of the store and snaking around the parameter and then through the rows on each level.  Just locate the shelf tag with your course number and corresponding CRN or professors name.  The books will be on top of the shelf tag. 

Textbook Reservations...

Pre-pay for your textbooks and come into the store for pick-up or get them shipped to you.  To access reservation/order form, click on button below.

 

Textbook Buyback...

Park Place Bookstore buys used textbooks on a year-round basis.  Simply bring your books in, with a current student ID, and we can let you know the current value.  However, buyback prices may vary minute to minute.  Please visit our policies page for more information on textbook buyback.

e-books and e-textbooks...

SafariX, SOLO, and iChapters are three new exciting ways to purchase your textbooks.  By purchasing "web books" through one of these publishers, students can save up to 50% off of the suggested retail price of print textbooks.
