Return Policy
The last day for a
full refund with a receipt is May 13th for the Maymester
2008 Semester and June 13th for the June Summer
session. All purchases after these dates are final.
** A copy of your schedule
is required to verify registration in a return eligible
course. Please print a copy of your schedule before you
drop a class!

Our Policies...
Textbook Return
Policy:
-
Textbooks are
returnable for a specified length of time at the beginning of
each semester.

Dates for
returns are posted in the bookstore.
-
Textbooks are
not returnable after the specified date, regardless of date of
purchase.

All returns must
be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Class
schedules and drop slips may also be required.

Books must be
in their original, purchased condition. Shrink wrapped
book must not be opened.

All price
stickers and spine stickers must remain on books in order to be
eligible for a refund.

Books that
are identified as non-returnable or non-refundable are not
subject to a refund.

Refunds will
be issued in the same form as payment was made.

If a refund
is issued in the form of a store credit, credit is valid for one
year.

Defective
books will be replaced.
Trade Book
Return Policy:
-
Trade books, supplies, and test
prep materials are non-refundable.
-
Store credits are valid within one
year of date posted on credit.
-
The return policy is subject to
change at the discretion of management.
Buyback Policy:
-
You must have a current student ID.
-
You may sell only your own books.
-
We do not buy international edition
textbooks.
-
